Mira Mesa, San Diego

I know I preach to the San Diego choir when I story tell about Joe and his leadership. It’s seen. It’s felt. It’s up-close and personal. And it’s obvious that this city is his home. He cares about it. But the point for this episode is about how he turns that love for his community- both his baseball one and his San Diego one- into action. And from what I’ve observed.. how this new big moment of his is simply another step in-line with his insistence to put the people around him on his back.

In this deep dive episode with 44 you’ll learn:

-How Joe has turned his fear on it’s head and how it now serves as the very thing that motivates him and gives him strength

-His personal story and the value that mentorship and surrounding himself with the right communities provided in letting go of what he was used to, so he could become who he was born to be

-Why getting lost is a powerful precursor to growing confidence in your sense of self

-How all experiences in life— the joy, the heartbreak, the challenging— ultimately shape you into who you’re meant to become: giving you the very tools you’ll need

-That leadership is not a one-size-fits-all approach: and how Joe leans into his strengths and own unique style to make a difference

And of course, more.

All that said, in case you haven’t heard: He built. a damn. gym. ya’ll. And it’s rooted in real big purpose. Join us at Symbiotic Training Center for a deep talk with Joe and the elite team of professionals who have been running this gym for the past 7 years- and pouring in to the highest level of athlete’s careers in San Diego for over a decade. I can not wait to see who the next generation of athletes become in their care!
